Olive Paste

Yields:4 servings

  • 8 ounces of your favorite olives
  • 1/4 block soft tofu
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • Juice of lemon


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée.
  2. Season with sea salt and pepper if desired.
