Nutritional Health and Life Coaching Sessions at Deb’s Healthy Plate aka Metamorphosis Body Mind Spirit
Private and confidential sessions are held at my home/office in Shelton, CT. Each session is one hour dedicated to you. I help my clients manage weight (loss or gain), Thyroid Management and Diabetes Management.
The cost of each one hour session is $75. As an option I can also prepare meals for you or you and your family based on your individual health needs. The meals are only $15 each per meal if you are paying for Nutritional Health and Life Coaching Services. A half sheet pan which will feed a family of 4 to 6 is $50 to $65.

    • If you are new to juicing it may taste a liltte strong at first. To make it more tasty stick to lots of celery and cucumber, some spinach, and a carrot or piece of beet for sweetness. If necessary, add a small piece of green apple as well. Some lemon is great for including alkalinity, sweetness and flavor. Even though lemons are acidic, they turn alkaline when they are in your digestive system.The bottom line is that if you don’t like the taste, you are not going to drink it. If your mind is saying yuck then so is your body. So while you don’t want to load up on fruit because of the sugar, do what you need to do to be able to make it tasty.
